Body, mind and spirit align and there is a glorious sense of completion. In this state, we can hear the turn of Saturn’s rings. The song of whales beneath the waves. The drip of honey from the comb. The rattle of wind through the sacred Ceiba tree. The music of the Great Dance of the cosmos thrums both in and beyond our bodies and we, in turn, move to its rhythm.
Rx: true connection with Intuition is no longer easy. It requires deep listening, vulnerability, opening and softening – to ourselves and others who come in and out of our lives. There will be times when we will be more closed, more protective with our hearts. That’s all right. Be gentle, breathe evenly, then step back into the dance.
