Dance, tell stories, make art, make love. As we exist in transmutation tides, upwellings of nostalgia wash into our life’s estuary and create new memories. Let your past and present flow sweetly together through one, shining channel as it flows towards the future.
Rx: we are damning up the desire to be within our joy. Is it because we do not trust others? Because we do not trust ourselves? Be inquisitive as to where you were first hurt, and why. What can be done to clear away the debris, and perhaps who can be asked for help to move it.
